In Ayurveda, we believe you are nature, too.
We look at all of you, not just a part of you. Including the things that can feel too small, too vague, or too unrelated to matter.
the bloating
the afternoon crash
uneven appetite
waking at three in the morning
running hot
always being cold
Your constitution shapes what supports you — and what doesn't.
The same thing isn't right for everyone. And the same thing isn't always right for you.
what you eat and drink
how you breathe
how you move
the season
the life you're living
Start where you are.
What's working — and what isn't. Then we figure out what makes sense to change. A little at a time.
if we decide to work together
You'll complete an intake before we meet. I'll review it, and we'll spend 75–90 minutes looking at the bigger picture together.
You'll leave with a few things to try and a clearer sense of what we're paying attention to.
Then we see what happens.
hi, i’m divya.
I’m a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a certified yoga teacher.
I've always felt my body pretty strongly. For a long time, I thought that was a weakness — something that made me more easily thrown off, more sensitive, more difficult to keep feeling “good.”
Ayurveda helped me see it differently.
The more I learned to work with my body, the more useful that sensitivity became.
I could notice when something was off. Experiment with what I ate, how I moved, the rhythm of my days. See what happened. Adjust.
And I actually really love that part — the curiosity of it. A new recipe. A different ingredient. A small change to a routine. Learning what works, and why.
My body feels less like something I need to overcome now and more like a finely tuned instrument I know how to listen to.
I want other people to have that relationship with themselves, too.
a small note
Ayurvedic health counseling is educational and supportive. I don't diagnose or treat medical conditions, and this work isn't a replacement for medical care.
If something is outside my scope, I'll tell you.
